The one that is cooking is Petra, the one that is eating is Pavel and the one that is hungrily looking at everything is Jamie Oliver, the cat!
She studied and graduated from fashion design, for a while, she tried office job, just to realize that it isn’t meant for her and that she is much better in gastronomy. Although she first thought that she will end up in the kitchen, she found herself behind the bar. And since she is not used to giving up and settle for little, until she worked her way to one of the best cocktail bars in the Czech Republic.
He is an IT programmer who hit 30 and opened a cocktail bar in Prague with a kind of youthful recklessness. He hired her and eventually impressed her to the point where they ended up together.
While she is cooking, he takes care of their drinking regime.
He prepares various syrups, liquors, and his dream is to open his own craft distillery.
It is nine years old British Shorthair Blue, that doesn’t know how to miaow or jump, actually, he has more of dog behaviour and is patiently trying to survive all of their crazy ideas.
We’ve been together for an incredible 10 years and apart from the love that we feel to each other, we share the love for good food, drinks, and travelling!
We are from the Czech Republic but the thoughts of changing it for warmer countries were unstoppable. We had many plans, but eventually, we’ve decided to leave it to faith.
In 2017, we’ve sold our flat, car and other unnecessary things in Prague, just to be able to realize the big moving!
We’ve moved onto a small Mediterranean island Malta, where we stayed for 7 months, however, no matter how beautiful and with a sea on our palm was this island, it just wasn’t meant for us. Just by some coincidence, we have found ourselves in Valencia and immediately fell in love. We have finally found our paradise.
And this paradise inspires us every day with its smells, tastes, culture, and diversity… And many of these inspirations end up on our plates, and it would be a real pity if we wouldn’t give you this little taste.
